1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that websites save on the user's device. They can be technical (necessary for the site to work) or profiling cookies (to track browsing habits and show targeted advertising).
2. Which cookies we use
This site uses only technical, strictly necessary cookies, for which no consent is required. We do not use profiling cookies, nor third-party analytics or marketing tools.
- mb_broker_session — technical session cookie set only after logging into the reserved broker area, to keep the user authenticated. HTTP-only, maximum duration 30 days. It is not set for ordinary site visitors.
3. Third-party fonts and maps
The site's fonts are hosted directly on our own servers (self-hosted): displaying them does not involve any request to third-party servers nor the transfer of your IP address to external parties.
The Google Maps map on the Contact page is not loaded automatically: a static preview is shown and the interactive map is loaded from Google only after your explicit click. Only then may Google set its own cookies; loading upon your voluntary action is the basis for such processing. Alternatively you can open the location directly in the Google Maps app.
4. Managing cookies from your browser
Since we only use necessary technical cookies, there is no consent banner. You can still manage or delete existing cookies through your browser settings. Disabling the session cookie prevents access to the reserved broker area.
